Jeff Colver is one of Australia’s most experienced Local Government Practitioners having joined his first Council in NSW in the 1960’s.

Since coming to the Territory in 1989 Jeff has held postings at Darwin City Council and three other Chief Executive Officer positions prior to moving to Jabiru Town Council in September 2006. He specializes in Constitutional Law, Community Development, Change Management, Policy Development and Human Resource Management.

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer as well as providing some support to the Council admin team with front counter duties as required. The Executive Assistant is also responsible for coordinating Council meeting agendas and taking minutes.

The Housing Superintendent / Manager is responsible for the management of contracts and tasks relating to NT Housing, ERISS Housing, JTC Staff Housing and Manaburduma (Town Camp) programs. The Housing Manager is part of the Community Services Department at Jabiru Town Council.
