Around 130 Jabiru residents gathered together last Friday to celebrate Australia Day at a fun filled family event at Jabiru Lake.

Members of future Jabiru Town Council’s will be entirely elected by residents, after Minister for Local Government, Elliot McAdam, removed the requirement of Government appointed representatives this week.
